Refund Policy for Avsar Job Fair Participation Fee

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Avsar Job Fair, organized by Uttam Institute of Management Studies, Runakata, Agra.

Please read the following refund policy carefully before proceeding with the payment:

Participation Fee

 A non-refundable participation fee of ₹100 is applicable to all candidates registering for the Avsar Job Fair.

 The payment is to be made online through Razorpay, the authorized payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Clause

 This participation fee is strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Failure to attend the job fair.
• Withdrawal or cancellation of registration by the participant.
• Rejection or non-selection in interviews by participating companies.
• Any technical issues during payment, if not reported with proof immediately.

Scope of Responsibility

 Uttam Institute of Management Studies is solely responsible for organizing the job fair and arranging interviews with participating companies.

 We do not guarantee job offers or selection in any company; the final decision rests entirely with the hiring companies.

 Our responsibility is limited to providing a platform for interaction between candidates and recruiters.

Payment Confirmation

 After successful payment, a confirmation email or receipt will be issued by Razorpay. Please retain this for your records.
